Bishop of Lahore Speaks to Pukaar News in Wake of Church Bombings

Bishop of Lahore, the Rt Revd Irfan Jamil condemns Sunday’s terrorist attack on two churches in the cities Youhanabad neighbourhood in Pakistan.

 

 

Around 100,000 Christians live in the neighbourhood of Youhanabad according to officials.  Up to 4,000 people took to the streets following the attack, many armed with clubs, smashing vehicles and attacking a city bus station in a rare show of anger by the Christian Minority.
