Monday 30 July saw De Montfort University’s new £8 million leisure centre complex open to the public. The centre named The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Leisure Centre boasts a 25 metre six-lane swimming pool, sports hall, fitness gym, multi-purpose studios, a climbing wall and café.
