Leicester Riders played against the Newcastle Eagles on Sunday night in Loughborough, and came out on top with a 90-79 game in the first leg of their Play-Off semi-final. The lead came after a dominant spell over the third quarter break to inflict a first defeat in fourteen games on the team that they have met in the Play-Off final in each of the last two years.
