Leicester’s historic Silver Arcade had its grand re-opening yesterday by Leicester City Mayor Peter Soulsby.
The victorian shopping arcade which is a grade II listed building has stood empty for more than 13 years, but now with £300 million being spent on it, its been brought back into the 21st century.
