The chairman of the Belgrave Business Association, Dhamesh Lakhani asserts that since the festivals start “it has gone from strength to strength”. As well it also appeals to a range of different communities as well encompassing the spirit of the area.
The event will be hosting a free range of activities and entertainment throughout, as well as a chance for the festival goers to see what special discounts are on offer in advance on the Golden Mile website.
