Multifaith Vigil held after US Shooting

A multifaith Vigil was held in Leicester town centre yesterday in memory of the six people who were killed in the US shooting at a Gurdwara in Wisconsin last week.  The vigil was organised by Leicester Council of Faiths, with representatives from all faiths in attendance as well as Leicester South MP Jon Ashworth and Leicester Council of Faiths chair, councillor Manjula Sood.  The Sikh community in attendance held prayers in memory of their fellow worshippers.
